We’re Hiring: Fundraising Market Manager (Self Employed, Part Time)
BioNatur Plastics are a growing line of biodegradable plastic products manufactured with an organic, food-safe, proprietary additive. Our organic enzyme attracts naturally occurring anaerobic bacteria in the landfill to digest the enzymes and break down the large plastic polymers into smaller organic molecules that the bacteria then recognize as food. They then digest these smaller organic molecules, and continue the process until the plastic is fully biodegraded, typically in 5-10 years. This is an important difference from “degradation”, where the plastic just breaks up into tiny pieces (microplastics). BioNatur Plastic is digested by the bacteria and truly biodegrades. Biodegradation of BioNatur plastic only occurs when it is placed in a landfill environment.

Everyone has trash.

Instead of selling chocolates or gift wrap, a BioNature trash bag fundraiser is the perfect fundraising opportunity to raise funds while helping the environment.
Position Summary: We have an exciting opportunity for you to launch your own local business and take on a territory of your own as a Fundraising Market Manager. BioNatur is seeking visionary sales leaders to develop and lead a defined fundraising strategy for the Miami, Austin, New York and Chicago markets. This person will be in charge of reaching out to organizations, schools, and charities to participate in a BioNatur Trash Bag Fundraiser, and to ultimately expand the reach of our truly biodegradable trash bags nationwide. This is a part time, self-employed position, where you are your own boss and in control of your schedule and profits.
How it works: An organization’s participants take orders, collect and remit the funds, and then order the quantities they need. This allows them to collect the funds they need to place an order, and order only the quantity they have sold. There is no up-front investment required! And an organization sets its price, so its profit margin is flexible and under its control- each roll costs $10 for the organization, and they keep the rest. Finally, we ship the trash bags right to the organization for free.*
Compensation: This is not a “multi-level marketing” opportunity! You will not recruit other salespeople. You will not have to purchase any inventory. Your only out-of-pocket costs will be your time and local travel.
You WILL have the opportunity to earn $1 for every roll of biodegradable trash bags sold by the schools and organizations you recruit. And once they are in our system, as long as you continue to work with the account you will earn $1 for every roll sold, each time they host a sale.
So for example: You recruit 20 schools/organizations to hold fundraisers selling BioNatur kitchen trash bags. About 300 students participate at each school. If each child sells an average of only 10 rolls (a low estimate), you would earn $60,000 commission! And once a location signs up, we expect they will come back again and again. As long as you continue to manage the account, you will earn the $1 per roll every time they order.
So your costs are minimal, you run our own local business, and your earnings are limited only by how many organizations you recruit.
Minimum Qualifications:
-Sales/Fundraising background
-Interest in sustainability & alignment with BioNatur’s mission
-Have connections to major organizations/schools in your area: Miami, Austin, New York and Chicago
-Ability to self-start and work independently
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Strengths in problem solving
